Contract Terms and Termination

Mida Pro and Mida Studio

Term: 
The agreement commences upon purchase or license activation of the software and shall remain effective for an initial term of one (1) year. During this period, the customer will receive software updates at no additional cost.

Termination:
This contract may be terminated by either party if the other party materially breaches the terms herein and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of written notice. 

Refund Policy:
Customers may request a full refund within five (5) calendar days from the date of initial purchase. After the five-day refund period has elapsed, all sales are considered final, and no refunds will be provided. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the official support channel. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.

Updates:
The purchase includes one (1) year of free software updates from the date of purchase. Updates released within this period will be provided without additional charge. Beyond the initial one-year term, continued access to software updates may require renewal or an additional purchase.
